"There was an unknown error validating your account, please contact a website administrator."

Hello. First, you have my condolences on your recent loss. I recently signed my stepson up on Autcraft using my computer. He's having issues signing on from *his* computer, however. It says that he's not whitelisted. I told him that with real-life recent events, this may take some time and that being registered doesn't equal being whitelisted. In the case that it's not about whitelisted, do you have any advice on how to resolve this issue? I'm sure it's not the first time you've come across this sort of thing. Thanks in advance! DJ

One of my good friends wants to join the server. I have no clue what the new application process is. I heard from a helper saying it was changed and I needed to talk to an admin about it. I feel bad about talking to you since you were from vacation. All I know is that they need to register first.....I think? Can someone explain how the application process is done and how my friend can get to the application? My friend is registered on the website. She just told me.

Autcraft is hosting an Easter Egg hunt at spawn today and tomorrow, April 19th and 20th. Players can find 10 decorative player heads around spawn but once Sunday is over, they'll be gone!
Also, all players who join the server on April 20th will get a special Easter Dragon Egg in their inventory.

30 Dec 2024, 15:14Autcraft will be hosting fireworks for New Years Eve starting at midnight in Australia, which will be 9am server time.
We will be doing fireworks each hour throughout the day so that everyone can watch fireworks at midnight no matter what time zone they're in.
