Hello, I submitted an account request a couple minutes ago, and I tried to click on the validate email, but it is sending me back to the home page and says, "error in validating your account, please contact website administrator," what do I do to fix this?

Good Evening! I hope you are having a great night. I am just checking in to see an update on my sons account access. We registered him on 08/26/22 and received an email to validate but the link always takes us to the main page and gives an error and tells us to contact the website admin. Could you please help? Autcraft is hosting an Easter Egg hunt at spawn today and tomorrow, April 19th and 20th. Players can find 10 decorative player heads around spawn but once Sunday is over, they'll be gone!
Also, all players who join the server on April 20th will get a special Easter Dragon Egg in their inventory.
