Hello. First, you have my condolences on your recent loss. I recently signed my stepson up on Autcraft using my computer. He's having issues signing on from *his* computer, however. It says that he's not whitelisted. I told him that with real-life recent events, this may take some time and that being registered doesn't equal being whitelisted. In the case that it's not about whitelisted, do you have any advice on how to resolve this issue? I'm sure it's not the first time you've come across this sort of thing. Thanks in advance! DJ

One of my good friends wants to join the server. I have no clue what the new application process is. I heard from a helper saying it was changed and I needed to talk to an admin about it. I feel bad about talking to you since you were from vacation. All I know is that they need to register first.....I think? Can someone explain how the application process is done and how my friend can get to the application? My friend is registered on the website. She just told me.

07 Mar 2026, 19:10For the most part, the admins can do all the things I can do. The only thing I do that they don't is setup command blocks, and code the plugins... and honestly, that's only because they don't know how. But we're all pretty much equals around here.
