This has now been added to Text Displays as well!!

Now you can change the size of Text Displays and also attach them to any surface.

If you attach your Text Display to the top or bottom of a surface, it'll orient to face you so that you can read it. If on a side, it'll attach to that side.

Text displays go by the bottom of the text, so it won't quite be centered vertically. It's especially noticable at the larger sizes.

Just because it is "attached", doesn't mean it's stuck. It's just a way to position it without having to guess the numbers. Once you attach it, you can then move it around by x y z coords to get it just how you want it.

I don't really have a use for item displays, text displays, or mannequins. I don't yet have a storage area, but ofc I need one. Does the hopper limit count hopper minecarts? I want to make my storage area have an item sorter cause otherwise the organization will go bunk.

Yes it does. Aside from the new copper golems, hoppers (and hopper minecarts) are about the biggest source of lag on a server. It's unfortuntae but if we didn't limit them, the entire server would lag at all times.

Kimber, to help out, I've gone ahead and updated the plugin with more helpful information built right into the plugin. We'll still create a wiki page and I still have to do this with the other plugins, but for now, hopefully this will help with the mannequins.

So to get started, if you type in just /mannequin
You'll get a little blurb saying how to use it.

Then, you can get specific help with each section by adding in the section name, for example:
/mannequin help create

This helps to show the output when I did both of those commands.

We've added a new feature to the item displays where you can now attach them to a wall, or floor, or chest... pretty much any surface.

The way this works is very simply... first, you create the item display, for example: /itemdisplay create GUNPOWDER

Then, you put your crosshair on the surface that you want to attach it to and type in /itemdisplay attach

That's it!

This is still a work in progress as some items don't line up quite right but we'll keep working on this to make it work well with every item. Also, just placing an item display in the world using coordinates is still possible as well so you have options to make these look just the way you want them to!

We encourage you to use these at your base, especially where you usually have a lot of item frames or signs to indicate an item. Item Displays cause 0 lag for you or the server and definitely look better.
