When I try to join the server, it says that I am not whitelisted, and cannot join.

As the registration page says, it takes a little time to be approved as we check each registration carefully to ensure that no bad people get in. Please be patient, it won't take too long.

Hello admin :) Autism mom here trying to connect a new player.
I registered him with the wrong player name, he is Meowmuffin19 (not Meowmuffin1) can I fix this so that Meowmuffin19 is whitelisted?
I changed the nickname in the profile :) but still can't connect to the server because the user name needs to be updated.
We are using the java edition, Meowmuffin19 should be valid.

Protections extend from bedrock to build limit. So no one can build above or below.
