I registered my son 3 weeks ago but still getting the message that he's not whitelisted on the server. He's been asking every day if he can play. Can you please let us know his status? Thank you.

I have an issue logging in, it says I am whitelisted on the website here but the server says I am not when I try and log in.
The username when we signed up was DarkAquarius and I changed it to subplayer11 so I think that might be why. I tried to change it on the website but it doesnt seem to have worked.

18 Dec 2025, 12:30We will be doing our annual reading of T'Was the Night Before Christmas on the server this year two times:
Dec 23rd, 11pm EST
Dec 24th, 3pm EST
The first reading will be for people in Australia, New Zealand, and others in that side of the world. The timing should work out that 11pm EST will be around 5pm in New Zealand.
The second reading will be for people in Europe and North America.
All players who attend either reading will be able to receive the 2025 Hot Chocolate player head!
