Can't Connect

I can't connect to the server when i try logging into CurseForge it says "login failed. Please try again" but it always does that error on "authenticating with game services" anyone know how to fix?
Edit: The same thing is happening with modrinth.
And i also tried the official Minecraft launcher and that says i'm offline when i'm online.
It finaly worked!!!
