My friend RandomF2P hasn't been whitelisted yet and he applied over a month now.
Is it okay if you whitelist him?

Sometimes it can take over 2 weeks! It just depends on how many applications there are. All you need to do is be patient. Your friend will get whitelisted, it just takes some time :)
