Hi, I'm still unable to find any emails from autcraft in my daughters email. My husband and I tested sending her emails and ours went through fine. I realized though that her actual Minecraft Java username is EpikAnastasia, not EpikAna. Would that effect sending the email at all? I wouldn't think so but it was something I noticed.

I'm sorry to hear that your daughter still hasn't received the verification email. I don't think a wrong username entered would cause this email to not be received, but it would be an issue when trying to whitelist her. Could you send all of this information to [email protected] so AutismFather can have a look please? He'll also be able to update her username. Thanks!
