Hello! I am still waiting to hear back on my whitelist application too, but from what I've heard the process can sometimes take a week or more. AutismFather also mentioned on another forum post that they've been getting a lot of registrations and there may be a little delay.
I look forward to seeing you in the server if we both get accepted! :)

Yes, autismfather will get to your name from usually (not always) 1-2 weeks from when you registered, its really worth it though!
