if you talking about the competition, nothing is actually scheduled or set in stone yet. this is just something fun that people can join. probably if people are interested and there is more than one entrant, we will get things worked out then, because right now it's been literally 1 day since i announced it so people could either ignore it or there could be a lot of people interested. but if nobody is interested, there isn't much point in getting everything worked out.

you are allowed to use acc for sure, just use survival-obtainable blocks and items, not illegal items/blocks. 

however, if you would like to build in survival that's also fine obviously
